Mee-Hoon Kueh is a fresh noodle dough rolled out in flat strips. This has been a popular home-cooked dish but is now available in most Singapore food centers / food courts.
It is served in the home-style of a light stock with various combination of fish, meat or mushroom, and almost always topped with some fried ikan bilis (dried anchovies).
They are available in packs of 3Kg and 5Kg. |
