This fried noodle is commonly known as "Yee Mee" in Hokkien and it is a new product recently distributed by Chin Boon Foodstuff due to an increasing demand in the local market.
This noodle was deep oil fried after manufacturing to create the crispy taste. This extra manufacturing step greatly differentiate it from other fresh noodles.
