This kind of noodle was produced through the research collaboration between Chin Boon Foodstuff and a local popular noodle franchise "Ah Nan Xiao Wan Mian" who was the first to serve "Mini Hot Pot Noodle" in Singapore.
These noodle come in medium thickness and they are gaining much popularity in Singapore. They are cooked and served dry with chilli paste in a bowl, together with a mini hot pot consisting of meat balls, sliced fishcakes, crab meat rolls in soup.
It is available in pack of 3Kg and 5Kg.
