Wanton skins are very thin sheets of dough. They are available in square or round shapes. The square one is about three inches on both side while the round one has a diameter of around four inches. Both are suitable for frying and steaming.
Wanton skins can be used to wrap minced meat and/or minced shrimps to form dumplings. These dumplings are then steamed or fried. They are usually served together with the Wanton noodles. They are just as good to eat as a dish.
They are available in 1Kg per pack.
