Wanton noodle is fresh egg noodle (available in both thin and medium thickness). They are hand made into small rolls before packing into bags of 30 or 50 rolls.
This noodle is normally cooked and served with meat dumplings (known as "Wanton" in Hokkien), marinated barbecued pork ("Char Siew" in Hokkien) and vegetable. These noodles can either be served dry or in a soup.
